In order to get a referral to see a specialist, you will need to schedule an appointment for Dr. Diaz to evaluate you on the condition that needs to be treated. He will give you the referral at the end of your appointment.
You need to contact us to let us know you will be needing a refill before you have run out of medication. Dr. Diaz may authorize or decline the refill depending on your health condition. The doctor will determine if he needs to give you a lab order or evaluate you prior to approving your refill.
You may call the office at (956) 541-5231 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to schedule an appointment. You can also make an appointment request through your patient portal account.
A partient portal account is an online tool to help you communicate better with the office staff. With your account, you can request appointments, view your health history and results, see a list of your medications, and download a copy of your health information. You will also have access to billing information and pay your bill online. It is also a useful tool for you to view recent lab results.
